.01 — Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ISOK9 LLC (“ISO K9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://isok9.com (the “Site”), submit a consultation request, or otherwise engage with our dog training services. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

.02 — Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit a free consultation request, sign up for updates, or contact us — typically your name, email address, phone number, your dog’s name and details, and any notes you include in your message. We also collect information automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site. This information is collected through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies described in Section .05.

.03 — How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your consultation requests and provide our Services; (b) schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments; (c) process payments and maintain records; (d) communicate with you about your dog’s training, our programs, and upcoming events; (e) improve and personalize the Site and our Services; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and (g) comply with our legal obligations.

.04 — Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with: (a) service providers that help us run the Site, schedule appointments, send email, and process payments, each of whom is bound to use your information only for the services they perform for us; (b) professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys; (c) government authorities, regulators, or other parties when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights; and (d) any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

.05 — Cookies & Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze how the Site is used, and improve performance. Cookies are small data files placed on your device by your browser. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, but some parts of the Site may not function properly without them. For more detail on the specific cookies we use, please see our Cookie Policy.

.06 — Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to help us operate the Site and deliver our Services, including analytics providers, email and SMS delivery providers, payment processors, and scheduling tools. These providers may collect information about your use of the Site as governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

.07 — Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use to access our Services confidential.

.08 — Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it consistent with applicable law.

.09 — Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at josh@isok9.com and we will delete the information.

.10 — Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and the right to opt out of certain processing. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at josh@isok9.com. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

.11 — Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal that requests websites not track your online activity. Because no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals exists, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this section if that changes.

.12 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Modified” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
