Welcome to ISOK9 LLC (“ISO K9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://isok9.com (the “Site”) and any related services we provide, including free consultations and dog training programs (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site or engage our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
ISO K9 provides in-person dog training services, including private lessons, group classes, board-and-train programs, and behavior consultations. Specific program offerings, pricing, and availability are described on the Site and may change at any time at our sole discretion. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer until we confirm your booking in writing.
The Site allows you to request a free consultation or schedule a training session. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability. We will confirm your appointment by email or phone, and the consultation is subject to rescheduling or cancellation at our discretion. By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by ISO K9 at the phone number or email you provide.
Fees for paid Services are quoted at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any fees, including chargeback or returned-payment fees, that result from inaccurate or disputed payments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the notice window may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. Cancellations made after the notice window, no-shows, and early terminations of multi-session or board-and-train programs are generally non-refundable. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method.
When engaging our Services, you agree to provide accurate information about your dog’s history, health, vaccinations, behavior, and any known aggression or medical conditions. You are responsible for keeping your dog up to date on vaccinations required by Texas law and by our training programs, for using equipment we recommend, and for following the handling instructions we provide between sessions. You remain the legal owner and handler of your dog at all times.
Working with dogs involves inherent risks, including bites, scratches, falls, property damage, and unpredictable animal behavior. By engaging our Services or attending any ISO K9 session, event, or facility, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself, your dog, and anyone you bring with you. You agree that ISO K9 is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your dog’s behavior or from the inherent risks of training and handling animals.
Dog training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your dog’s temperament, prior experiences, health, and the consistency with which you apply techniques between sessions. While we use professional methods and bring significant experience to every program, ISO K9 makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding specific behavioral outcomes, timelines, or results.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, training curricula, and the “ISO K9” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to ISOK9 LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) submit false, misleading, or harmful information; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; (e) use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or interfere with the Site; or (f) use the Site or Services for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by ISO K9.
The Site may include links to third-party websites, products, or services for your convenience. ISO K9 does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. ISO K9 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISOK9 LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid ISO K9 in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ISOK9 LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) the behavior of your dog before, during, or after any Service; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Modified” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site and our Services.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and ISO K9 agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and ISO K9 each waive any right to a jury trial.
